Window just shattered

What a bummer. Cranked the window next to the dining room and it just shattered. We got this in October and I would assume that would be covered. I hope getting it repaired doesn't turn into a nightmare. I don't have a tv big enough to tow it the dealer we got it from. They said they would come here and fix any issues but of course they will say anything to get you to buy. Phone call in the morning and see.

Contacted GD and my rv dealer. Grand Design shipped a new window to the dealer. Colrain of Indianapolis sent two techs this morning and replaced the whole window frame not just the broken window. Very impressed with Grand Design and Colrain for handling this issue fast.
Makes me feel confident in customer service. Its rare anymore.
