On my TT camp-side slide there are 2 small windows. A front facing and rear facing window, 24w x 22h. I would like to replace those with ones that are longer so a person, of my height, when sitting in a recliner can see out. Like with 24w x 28h windows. PLENTY of vids on how to replace, but what I will need to do is some cutting on the interior and exterior. Our older stick and tin trailer would be no prob. This trailer is solid and I am not so sure I about to mess with structure. Also, I have the same issue with the sofa in the back!! OR....... I do I put small blocks under the sofa and recliners and just GET OVER IT! Thoughts?? Suggestions??

The windows are completely framed in aluminum tubing, so if you're Ok with removing structure, there isn't anything stopping you.

I have the same issue and suspect anyone under 6 feet tall would too especially when reclined. We actually traded trailers because it felt like we were sitting in a cardboard box all the time. Were you able to find someone willing to cut into the aluminum frame and reinforce it then put in the larger windows?

It seems like some brands and models have started putting in bigger windows so I may have to trade again to get better visibility. We travel for months at a time so this would be a great mod in inclimate weather or when the bugs drive us inside...
