Winn-Tec LP gas regulator recall

I have been trying to keep some sense of sanity and hopefully it will aid in any searches if we keep all the conversation in one thread about the recall. I'll close this thread and merge it into the exsisting thread , trying to not have multiples on the recall.. I'm sure some have been missed but we don't really need several threads on the same recall.
