Yes. As a matter of fact Grand Design offered to send me a new water heater because I followed their procedure and it didn't work. I decided against it because mine was less than 2 years old and until Furrion fixes the issue it could happen again. The problem is the way the mixing sphere is designed you can't get all the water out of it and can't verify that it has antifreeze in it and they don't make replacements.
