Wood stain color

I have the Dusk interior in a 23' 310GK. I need to match the paint/stain color of the wood trim. Anybody know what the name is or how to find the name of the color for matching? Thanks!

This question has come up quite a few times. You could try reaching out to GD customer support, however, others have reported that the stain isn't available commercially. Your best bet may be to get a sample of the stain to your local paint dealer and get them to match.

As [MENTION=43166]Soundsailor[/MENTION] mentioned, the colors are custom-mixed for Grand Design. Taking a drawer or door to Home Depot, Lowe's, etc., for a spectrometer match is your best bet. We lucked out with our 2020 310... the stain they used was a 99.9% match for a stock Minwax color (and someone had already done the trial and error to figure it out).

Just curious... how much of the wood finish is laminate as apposed to stained? Drawers maybe, but the rest of it?

The cabinet doors and drawer fronts are stained hardwood. On ours, the top, "mantle," and "hearth" on the entertainment center are stained hardwood. The kitchen island is stained hardwood ply. Almost everything else is plastic wrapped (cabinet frame faces, etc.).

PS - the slide surround trim (all slides) in ours is stained hardwood, too.
