I have a water leak that appeared a the foot of our bed. It is right in front of the closet and at the foot of the bed. Carpet is soaked but I cannot see any water coming from the ceiling(thought it might be from the A/C unit condensation and leaking thru the roof. We don’t have a washer and dryer installed but I have seen the hookups in the closet but the water is not leaking from there. I’m not sure where to look. Im thinking I will have to pull the skin off from around the kingpin box to look up under the floor?? Anyone have this happen to them?

I cut my washer lines and put shut off valves in back by the side bay door area. Never liked the plastic fittings in the closet. We don't use it either and I wanted to drain the lines. Wonder if it could be leaking where the pex lines attach to the valves in the closet? That would be my guess. Good luck.

Lines run through your dresser. Pull drawers out there too to check for water. When on dry camping listen for your water pump kicking on when not using water. Then you'll most likely know if plumbing or rain issue.

Check the nuts on the air conditioner that hold the AC to the roof. They tend to work loose over time. Tighten to 3 or 4 inch lb.

check the roof chalk where front cap meets roof near the trailer sides . any cracks at all will let water in ! it will follow cap reflective sheet insulation to the carpeted area by bed

This ^^^^

It’s a great trick that can be done right in your driveway, grab your favorite reading/watching material and turn on the pump. It should pressurize and they stop.

If you hear it cycling randomly after that (without you or the better half using the water faucets etc), you have a plumbing leak.

If not, likely a water intrusion of some sort (obviously if no water on sunny days, it’s water intrusion).

The pump trick is awesome, we used it randomly even at camp grounds (fill tank and use pump) just to keep an eye on things. Too many cheap plastic fittings, improper fittings, etc on these things.
