You can now order parts from GD

So many owners are not close to their selling dealers. Or, they're on the road.

My selling dealer is 270 miles, and my 323BHS is stored 300 miles the other direction in the mountains.

Can someone please provide a link, I just looked to order parts and found no ordering available....thanks!

When you call the GD customer service number one of the options is to order parts. Not sure there is a web link.

Good Luck

I have a question? Do you know of anyone that has installed a biker bar in a 376TH floor for a Harley? Wondering if the floor is thick enough and stable enough to support it?
Thanks, DoubleTT

A bit off topic, but I can tell you that I have used my impact drill to mount a wheel chock. The screws (bolts) are at least an inch, but there is a rise on the chock base. I believe the toy hauler floor (I have a 399TH) is 3/4 inch plywood, under the rubber floor covering.

These folks have a harley in their GD momentum - different model but it may be helpful to you. https://changinglanesrv.com/

Just look early in their channel history or search for "Harley"

As a Harley rider -- I can tell you Chad and Tara have an Indian. Beautiful bike, though. (Even if it's not a Harley, ha ha!) Name of the bike is "Lucille", I think.

You no longer have to be a dealer to order parts from GD. You can now order parts directly from GD. When you call the customer service number one of the options is to order parts. The customer service rep I was talking to said it was a new service in the last couple of months. I have not used it yet so don’t know the details of how it works.

A little bit of an older thread, but worthy update.
As I believe someone already mentioned, GC basically charges dealer prices. I called today to get a replacement baggage door (got hit with debris in a wind storm and put a nice hole in it). The customer service person I spoke to gave me the phone number to Lippert's parts department (574-537-8900) and told me to call them if I wanted to "save a couple of hundred dollars".

GD was going to sell me the door for $455.82 (including tax and shipping). Lippert sold it to me for $254.53 (including tax and shipping). GD has their own part number for the part (561123), but the label on the door also had Lippert's part number for it (V000613800) - you just need to know what to look for.

So if you know the Lippert part number, you can save a few dollars. Even if you only know the GD part number, call the GD phone number and ask them for the manufactures part number. The guy I talked to offered it up without me even asking for it. It was the same number I already had, so he just confirmed it.

Hey Hoodwink77, thanks for sharing this. You may have saved someone some dollars. BTW, looks like this is your first post, welcome to the forum.

I threw a rock into a big window while mowing. Called GD for info, got transferred to parts. In the discussion with the nice person she informed me that the window may be less expensive if purchased through my dealer. ?? She told me that they are not trying to undercut the dealers, they need the dealers to distribute their products so are supporting them by charging full price.
Has anyone ever ordered parts from a dealer for less than full price?:pound:
