Replace Rear Couch with Desk?
I've got a question for those with rear living floor plans who have replaced their rear couches with a desk. Do you ever regret having done it?
In my 35 foot reflection, there's 2 places I could put a desk. One is where the dinette is. The dinette has already been removed and there's currently a freezer there. That served me well through the lockdowns, and it was nice having whatever I wanted on hand when the grocery shelves were kinda sparse if not bare. Being able to keep ice cream and frozen pizza, and actually trust that my meat is good is nice too
The other is the rear couch. Currently that gets rarely used when I have a guest stop by for a bit, and it's probably the last original piece of furniture that's not built into the coach. If I need a desk, it's looking like a better candidate than the freezer. But for those that have done it, have you regretted it or has it worked out well?2018 Grand Design Reflection 337RLS
